Regulations Regarding a Transfer Document for a Person who Has Been Granted Temporary ProtectionIssued
pursuant to 1. The Regulation prescribes the sample of a transfer document for a person who has been granted temporary protection (hereinafter - the person), the procedures for issuing a transfer document, as well as the amount of the information necessary for exchange between the European Union Member States (hereinafter - the Member State) in order to ensure the transfer of the relevant person. 2. If transfer of a person to another Member State must be ensured, the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (hereinafter - the Office) shall issue a one-time transfer document (Annex) to the relevant person. 3. The transfer document with a stamp and a signature shall be approved by the head of the Office or an official authorised by him or her. 4. The following information shall be included in the transfer document: 4.1. regarding the document: 4.1.1. number; 4.1.2. place of issue; 4.1.3. date of issue; 4.1.4. name of the issuing authority; 4.2. regarding the person: 4.2.1. given name (names), surname; 4.2.2. place and date of birth; 4.2.3. sex; 4.2.4. nationality; 4.3. country from which the person has been transferred; 4.4. country to which the person is being transferred; 4.5. the person's arrival time in the country to which he or she has been transferred; 4.6. the given name (names) and surname of the responsible adult if the transfer document is issued to a minor; 4.7. information on the documents on the basis of which the person has been identified. 5. In order to draw up a transfer document, the relevant person shall submit two photographs (35 x 45 mm) made of one photographic negative to the Office. If the person cannot submit the relevant photographs, his or her photograph shall be taken at the Office. 6. The Office shall ensure exchange of information between the Member States in order to transfer a person (hereinafter - the exchange of information). 7. The exchange of information shall contain the following data: 7.1. regarding the person: 7.1.1. the given name (names), surname; 7.1.2. the nationality; 7.1.3. the date and place of birth; 7.1.4. the marital status, kinship; 7.2. information on the personal identity card and the travel document; 7.3. information on the documents certifying the marital status or kinship; 7.4. information on residence permits, visas or decisions on refusal to issue a residence permit issued to the person by the Member State and the documents on which these decisions are based; 7.5. information on the residence permit and visa applications filed by the relevant person in the Member State and the stage of their processing. 8. In addition to the information referred to in Paragraph 7 of this Regulation, the exchange of information may also include other relevant facts in order to determine the identity or kinship of the person. 9. Cabinet Regulation No. 95 of 2 February 2010, Regulations Regarding Specimen of a Transfer Document for such Person who has been Granted Temporary Protection, the Procedures for the Issuance of the Transfer Document and the Amount of Necessary Information to be Exchanged between Member States (Latvijas Vēstnesis, 2010, No. 21.), is repealed.
