Regulations regarding Work in Activity Areas where an Employment Contract is Normally not Entered into for an Unspecified Period

Issued pursuant to
Section 44, Paragraph two of the Labour Law

1. These Regulations prescribe work in activity areas where an employment contract is normally not entered into for an unspecified period.

2. Activity areas where an employment contract is normally not entered into for an unspecified period are as follows:

2.1. in the field of culture:

2.1.1. the artistic preparation and ensuring the course of performances and concerts of theatre, opera, ballet and the circus;

2.1.2. the production of cinematographic films and video films;

2.1.3. the organisation of exhibitions;

2.1.4. the production of photographs;

2.1.5. the planning, organisation and conduct of cultural and recreation events;

2.2. in the field of banks, finances and trade:

2.2.1. intermediation transactions in investments, transferable securities and bonds;

2.2.2. administration of property;

2.3. in the field of sports:

2.3.1. engagement in sports (an athlete, professional athlete);

2.3.2. training of athletes;

2.3.3. refereeing sports competitions and other sports events (sports referee);

2.3.4. organisation and conduct of sports competitions and other sports events;

2.4. in the field of protection and management of specially protected territories:

2.4.1. management of parks, small public gardens and objects of specially protected nature territories;

2.4.2. [27 February 2007];

2.4.3. nature protection activities during fish spawning time;

2.5. in the field of education:

2.5.1. activities related to the implementation of the teaching curriculum or subjects, courses, workshop courses or traineeships included therein, if the cumulative duration for the full implementation thereof does not exceed nine months a year;

2.5.2. activities of guest teaching staff;

2.5.3. activities of adolescents and young adults during professional training;

2.6. in the field of the activities of diplomatic mission technical personnel:

2.6.1. activities of house supervisors;

2.6.2. household management;

2.6.3. activities of embassy secretaries;

2.6.4. activities of assistants to the ambassador;

2.6.5. activities of office managers;

2.7. in other fields of activities:

2.7.1. organisation of exhibitions, street trading, congresses, conferences and seminars;

2.7.2. development and implementation of projects;

2.7.3. protection of forest against fire;

2.7.4. demonstration of clothes and goods, posing for photographers, sculptors, painters and other artists;

2.7.5. leading excursions and tourist group guiding;

2.7.6. activities in markets and street trading;

2.7.7. cadastral surveys of immovable property, activities of geodesic and topographical surveys.
