Regulations Regarding the
Population and Housing Census 2021
Issued pursuant to
Section 23, Paragraph two and
Section 24 of the Statistics Law
1. The Regulation approves the population and housing census
(hereinafter - the census) programme 2021 (Annex).
2. The census shall cover all the permanent Latvian
inhabitants and housings in Latvia.
3. The census, including census by special groups of persons,
shall be conducted, using administrative data sources.
