Regarding the Imposition of Financial Restrictions in Relation to Subjects Connected with the Nuclear Programme and Political Regime Implemented by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea

1. In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Cabinet Regulation No. 419 of 25 July 2017, Regulations Regarding the Imposition of National Sanctions in Relation to Subjects Connected with the Nuclear Programme and Political Regime Implemented by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, impose the financial restrictions in relation to the following subjects of sanctions:

1.1. natural person

Ri Song-Hyok (LI, Cheng He)	19 March 1965 Kaesong, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, male	Passport No. 645120234, issued in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea	The subject has, through his actions, promoted the nuclear programme implemented by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supports the political regime of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, thus threatening safety not only in the Asian region, but also globally. The subject has direct material interest in the measures implemented by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, he has established a mediator company network in order not to respect the requirements determined in the international sanctions imposed on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

2. The order, insofar as it applies to the subjects of sanctions, may be appealed to the Administrative District Court in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Administrative Procedure Law.

3. The Cabinet shall, not less than once a year, revise the list of the abovementioned subjects of sanctions.
