Republic of Latvia Cabinet Regulations Regarding the Countries and International Organisations Which Have Compiled Lists of Those Persons Suspected of Being Involved in Terrorist Activity or Production, Possession, Transportation, Use or Distribution of Weapons of Mass DestructionIssued pursuant to
Section 4, Paragraph three, Clause 1 1. The Regulation prescribes the countries and international organisations the lists complied by whom of those persons suspected of being involved in terrorist activity or production, possession, transportation, use or distribution of weapons of mass destruction (hereinafter - the terrorist lists) are recognised in the Republic of Latvia. 2. The terrorist lists compiled by the European Union Member States and Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation shall be recognised in the Republic of Latvia. 3. The terrorist lists compiled by the United Nations Security Council and the Council of the European Union shall be recognised in the Republic of Latvia. 4. Cabinet Regulation No. 36 of 13 January 2009, Regulations Regarding the Countries and International Organisations Which Have Compiled Lists of Those Persons Suspected of Being Involved in Terrorist Activity (Latvijas Vēstnesis, 2009, No. 10), is repealed.
