Regulations on State Fee for the Issue of Approval or Consent for Transboundary Movement of Waste and Procedures for Payment of the State Fee

Issued pursuant to
Section 42, Paragraph nine of the Waste Management Law

1. This Regulation prescribes the amount of the State fee for the issue of approval for transboundary movement of waste or issue of consent for transboundary movement of waste, and the procedures for payment of the State fee.

2. The amount of the State fee for the issue of approval for transboundary movement of waste or issue of consent for transboundary movement of waste shall be142.29 euro.

3. The State fee shall be paid before obtaining approval or consent for transboundary movement of waste, using one of the following payment types:

3.1. through a credit institution or other institution, which has the right to provide payment services within the meaning of the Law on Payment Services and Electronic Money;

3.2. with a payment card at the State Environmental Service.

4. The State fee shall be paid into the State basic budget.
