Procedures by which the National Responsible Authority shall Publish Information Regarding Projects Approved in Programmes for Objective 3 "European Territorial Co-operation" of European Union Structural Funds 2007-2013

Section 24, Paragraph two, Clause 2
of the Law On Management of Programmes for
Objective 3 "European Territorial Co-operation" of
European Union Structural Funds

1. This Regulation prescribes the procedures by which the national responsible authority shall publish information regarding projects approved in programmes for Objective 3 "European Territorial Co-operation" of European Union Structural Funds 2007-2013 (hereinafter - programme) (hereinafter - project).

2. The national responsible authority shall, within 10 working days after taking of the decision of the programme monitoring committee referred to in Section 3, Paragraph one of the Law On Management of Programmes for Objective 3 "European Territorial Co-operation" of European Union Structural Funds regarding granting of the programme financing to projects, publish the information regarding the approved projects on the website of the authority in Latvian.

3. The national responsible authority shall, within 10 working days after entering into effect of the contract referred to in Section 3, Paragraph two of the Law On Management of Programmes for Objective 3 "European Territorial Co-operation" of European Union Structural Funds regarding granting of the programme co-financing to a project, publish the information regarding the approved projects on the website of the authority in Latvian.

4. The national responsible authority shall publish the following information regarding the projects approved in the programme on the website thereof:

4.1. the title of the programme;

4.2. the priority of the programme, within the framework of which financing of the European Regional Development Fund or European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument has been granted;

4.3. the project number;

4.4. the project title and abbreviation of the title;

4.5. a summary regarding the objective of the project and the results to be achieved;

4.6. the leading partner of the project (the name and legal address of a legal person);

4.7. the project partner from Latvia (the name and legal address of a legal person);

4.8. the total number of partners in the project;

4.9. the duration of project implementation in months;

4.10. the total eligible costs of the project (the financing of the European Regional Development Fund or European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument and national financing, including the share of the financing of the Latvian partners in the project shall be indicated).

5. The national responsible authority shall insert on the website thereof a link to the website of the relevant programme where information in English regarding the programme call for proposals and the projects approved in the programme is inserted.

6. In addition the national responsible authority may publish the information regarding the approved projects in other mass media.
