Additional Protocol
to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of
Latvia and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on the
Foundation of the Riga Graduate School
The Government of the Republic of Latvia and the
Government of the Kingdom of Sweden (hereinafter referred to as
the Parties) have agreed on the following:
1. To make an amendment to the Agreement between the
government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the
Kingdom of Sweden on the Foundation of the Riga Graduate School
of Law, signed in Riga on 14 July,1997, replacing in paragraph
4 of the Article 2.2. the multiple "1998." with a
multiple "2000."
2. This Additional Protocol enters into force after the
Parties have notified each other that all conditions for the
entering into force of the Additional Protocol, as specified in
their respective legislation, have been fulfilled.
Done in Riga on January 13, 2000 in two copies in
Latvian and English language. In the event of dispute the text
in the English language shall prevail.
