Regarding the Allocation of Funds from the State Budget Programme "Funds for Unforeseen Events"1. The Ministry of Finance shall allocate funding of not more than EUR 10 000 000 from the State budget programme 02.00.00 "Funds for Unforeseen Events" to the Ministry of Health for covering the expenditure incurred in relation to the outbreak of COVID-19 and elimination of its consequences. The Minister for Health shall be authorised to decide on the use of the funding based on the actual needs. 2. The Ministry of Finance shall allocate funding of not more than EUR 474 025 from the State budget programme 02.00.00 "Funds for Unforeseen Events" to the Ministry of the Interior (State Provision Agency) for covering the expenditure incurred by the institutions of the Ministry of the Interior system (Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior, State Police, State Fire and Rescue Service, State Security Service, State Border Guard, Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, State Provision Agency, Internal Security Office) and valsts sabiedrībai ar ierobežotu atbildību "Iekšlietu ministrijas poliklīnika" [State limited liability company Polyclinic of the Ministry of the Interior] during the outbreak of COVID-19 in relation to the acquisition and transportation of disposable personal protective equipment and disinfectans. 3. The Ministry of Health shall, in accordance with the procedures specified in laws and regulations, prepare and submit to the Ministry of Finance a request for the allocation of the funds referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Order from the funds for unforeseen events based on the actually necessary amount. 4. The Ministry of the Interior shall, in accordance with the procedures specified in laws and regulations, prepare and submit to the Ministry of Finance a request for the allocation of the funds referred to in Paragraph 2 of this Order from the funds for unforeseen events based on the actually necessary amount. 5. The type, name, price for the transportation and amount of the personal protective equipment and disinfectants to be acquired for the institutions of the Ministry of the Interior system (Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior, State Police, State Fire and Rescue Service, State Security Service, State Border Guard, Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, State Provision Agency, Internal Security Office) may be clarified in accordance with the actual situation without exceeding the total funding provided for in this Order. 6. The Ministry of Health shall submit to the Cabinet a report on the use of the funding referred to in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Order in accordance with the actual situation. Prime Minister A. K.
