Regulations Regarding the Amount and Procedures for Payment of the State Fee for the Issuance of a Permit for the Use of Water Resources

Issued pursuant to
Section 21, Paragraph 2.² of the Water Management Law

1. This Regulation prescribes the amount and procedures for payment of the State fee for the issuance of a permit for the use of water resources (hereinafter - permit).

2. The amount of the State fee for the issuance of a permit is LVL 55.

3. The State fee shall be paid prior to the receipt of the permit using one of the following methods of payment:

3.1. through a credit institution or another institution which has the right to provide payment services within the meaning of the Law On Payment Services and Electronic Money;

3.2. by payment card to the State Environmental Service.

4. The State fee shall be transferred into the State basic budget.
