Health Disorders and Diseases Due to Which a Foreigner is Refused Issuance or Registration of a Residence Permit

Issued pursuant to
Section 34, Paragraph one, Clause 5 of the Immigration Law

1. This Regulation prescribes the health disorders and diseases due to which a foreigner is refused issuance or registration of a residence permit.

2. The disease which poses a threat to the public health and due to which a foreigner is refused issuance or registration of a residence permit is tuberculosis in the active phase.
