Regulations Regarding National Standards of the Republic of Latvia to Be Applied on a Mandatory Basis when Providing Postal ServicesIssued pursuant
to 1. This Regulation prescribes the national standards of the Republic of Latvia to be applied on a mandatory basis when providing postal services. 2. To ensure conformity with the quality requirements for the time period for the conveyance of priority postal items, the Standard LVS EN 13850+A1:2007 "Postal Services. Quality of Service. Measurement of the transit time of end-to-end services for single piece priority mail and first class mail" shall be applied. 3. This Regulation shall come into force on 1 July 2010.
