Regulations Regarding the State Fee for the Issuance of a Registration Certificate to a Social Service Provider

Issued pursuant to Section 17, Paragraph two
of the Social Services and Social Assistance Law

1. These Regulations prescribe the amount of the State fee for the issuance of a registration certificate to a social service provider (hereinafter - registration certificate) or a duplicate thereof and the procedures for the payment of the State fee.

2. A State fee in the amount of seven lats shall be paid for the issuance of a registration certificate or a duplicate thereof.

3. The State fee shall be paid into the State basic budget.

4. The State fee shall be paid prior to the receipt of a registration certificate or a duplicate thereof in the Ministry of Welfare, by paying the amount of the State fee in a credit institution or another institution which has the right to perform money transmission.
